Lotus Sanctuary CIC is a national community interest company providing safe, supported transitional housing for vulnerable adults and their children.
This key role of part-time Volunteer Assistant Driver (part time) within Lotus Living, our exciting new retail warehousing operation based in Tipton, will help us generate extra income to provide even more housing and support for our vulnerable residents on their journey to positive, independent living.
Based at our Tipton Warehouse, the Volunteer Assistant Driver will assist with driving operations including:
- transporting stock between locations
- co-ordinating with the warehouse to arrange collections
- dealing with the public
- assessing stock on arrival at collection

Unit 10, Navigation Point, Golds Hill Way, Tipton DY4 0PY
When?
- Monday – Friday, between 09.00 and 17.00
- Hours/days to be arranged with the volunteer

To apply for this role:
- You must be 18 years of age or over
- Have at least 6 months’ proven experience of driving a 3.5 ton van (a reference from a previous employer or voluntary organisation will be required)
- Have a clean, full UK driving licence
- Be proficient in spoken and written English
- Have a basic knowledge of and ability to use I.T
