NOTE: Our building has no lift and we are based on the 1st floor meaning stairs will need to be used.
About the role:
Taking calls and dealing with enquiries. Updating spreadsheets for sessions attended etc. Updating new client data to spreadsheets. Taking payments. Greeting clients and other staff member and allocating them rooms. Stock collection and ordering. Keeping the offices tidy and safe. Making session bookings. Allocating referrals. Social media updates including website content. Blog writing. Taking part in supervision on a monthly basis. Attending any training offered by The AoC Trust.
Where:
27 Holloway Chambers, Priory Street, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 1HA
When:
TBC – At least 2 days Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
Commitment/Duration:
6 months – 1 year
