The Read Easy team are in need of some volunteers!
Below is a list of the 12 essential roles with an estimate of the time required. This includes a monthly Management Team meeting. Some of the roles could be combined e.g. Treasurer and Fundraiser. There will be a training session for the Management Team to make sure everyone understands what is involved in their role and to help us work together effectively as a Team.
Fundraiser: 2 hrs a week.
Treasurer: 1 hr a week.
Data protection Champion: 1 hr a week.
Safeguarding Champion: 1 hr a week.
IT Supporter: 2-3 hrs a week.
Publicity Organiser: 2 hrs a week
Referrals worker: 2 hrs a week
Literacy specialist: 1-2 hrs a week
Administrator: 2-3 hrs a week.
Volunteer recruiter: 2-3 hrs a week.
Venue Organiser: 1 hr a week
Management team Leader: 4-5 hrs a week.
