Kewford Eagles hosts a football club with 11 grass pitches at Eagle Park Kingswinford.
We have a fantastIc opportunity for a Groundskeeper Support Officer Role which will be an ongoing role.
This will involve a variety of jobs working along side and with the direction of our Groundsman. This could be supporting to prepare pitches for games, light duties such as carrying equipment or goals to the relevant pitches, grounds maintenance such as preparing pitches for matches and other such duties to keep the site clean and safe.
This role would suit anyone who has an interest in grounds keeping, who would like to increase their fitness over the spring/summer months and for anyone who would like to learn new skills.
Where:
Eagle Park Kingswinford
When:
Tuesdays- Fridays
All day 9-5 from April onwards.
Times to be agreed with applicants as we are very flexible.
Skills:
General fitness- Ability for light lifting, but plenty of walking to pitches. (Duties will be matched to the person)
Grounds keeping experience- an interest in grounds keeping.
Skills- Can do attitude to carry out and complete tasks on time.
Health and safety awareness: Ensuring the safety of yourself and others whilst on site.
