Helping you to help others.

OPP OF THE DAY: Clinical Volunteer – Over The Wall (Staffordshire)

Over The Wall is a charity that helps children, young people and their families, living in the UK, reach beyond the boundaries of their health challenges to discover a world of mischief, magic and new possibilities. We do this by providing free of charge, transformative activity camps throughout the UK. Nurses, doctors and paramedics have a critical role to play at an Over The Wall Camp, to provide safe and effective care, whilst joining in the mischief and magic of camp. You will participate in daily camper life to provide nursing/medical care. Facilitate a medically sound and safe camp experience for children with chronic and life threatening illnesses by contributing to a 24/7 provision of residential medical care. Clinical volunteers will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and Nursing Coordinators.
