The following volunteer support is required:
1) Admin volunteer transposing documents from handwritten to word format as part of event applications to council. One off volunteering.
2) Event Assistant whose duties would be helping to process bookings for stalls, car boot, or stage applicants – all via email. Training given. 1 hour a week or ad-hoc.
3) Event Stewards for our event on Saturday 7th July. Training given in advance of the event.
1 off event, 5 needed.
We are also looking for stall holders interested in taking a pitch at our event and talent people to appear on stage as part of our eventainment, eg singers, musicians, people with a talent.
